Baby it's COLD outside!

Chicago is in a deep freeze, with the wind chill factor it's about 40 below, so I'm inside keeping warm, here is a cricut project that I created,  a luminaire, I used a cd holder, vellum and Art Dec cricut cartridge. The lady was cut at 51/2inches I used a 1/2inch strip around the top, all items were glued inside using stick glue, once finished a flame less candle is placed in the inside. I love recyclable crafts, how about you, what's have you created from something recycled?

Get ready, get set, go!

This will be a year of new beginnings, of allowing my creativity to soar to complete visions that I have procrastinated on, get ready get set, go !

Recycled craft-desk organizer

Good evening, I've been creating my new crafting room I will be posting before and after pictures, this is one of the projects I completed using a corn meal box, a tall and short pringle can and a large toilet paper roll, glue on a wood plaque. I measured designer paper to fit each box and paper roll, then I painted the wood plaque with acrylic paint and embellished it with strips of designer paper.

I'm back!

Wow it's been a long time since I've been on my blog, so much was going on, but I'm back and I've been working on so many projects which I will be posting. It's great to be back!!!

Thank God its Friday

Time has really flown this year I can't believe the year is almost over, and I have not updated my blog, I have tons of projects that I've done, and next week I will be on vacation haven't had one all year, so I will be posting all of the projects. Be blessed and enjoy your life.

I'm Back

I can't believe that I haven't posted since September of 2010, so much has been going on I've been very busy working on projects, so I will be posting them daily. This was a project that was done at a my local park and these are two of my students wearing their creations. Nice!

Welcome Sydnee

We welcome my miracle grandaughter at her baby shower Saturday all the decorations were done with the cricut expression and the cartridges New Arrival , Once upon a princess and Storybook. Pretty in Pink!!!
